Because I've had too much time on my hands since carefully choosing my alts, I've begun to rethink everything and I kiiind of want to do one character completely focused on crafting.
I can't decide. You know you're just trying to kill the remaining hours and minutes too, so help.

Playing with talent calculators I found that I could get about 85% of the combat skills and passives (basicly all I would want) and still be able to max out 4 crafting professions.

It's actually a pretty decent idea. Since your higher level toons can harvest materials and give them to lower level ones, I don't see why you can't have some low level person sitting in that big tree with all the stations around making stuff. You'd probably want to get them to 10 so they can hit Cyrodiil for the 16 skill points in sky shards available.

Lets see, 3 characters from Harry Potter, 1 location form the Lord of the Ring, 1 location and 1... crafting style? from Game of Thrones... it gives me an idea about what I make Hamfast into...
If you wanted other people that would work, Molly Weesly would work for Provisioning and Alchemy, Perrin Ayberra would be an excellent Blacksmith and enchanter, the Leaky Caldron would also work for provisioning and Alchemy (as a place), Thror the Dwarf would be a good Blacksmith and woodcrafter...
