After some deliberation, it has been decided that The Eternal Watch will join forces with Queen Ayrenn and the Aldmeri Dominion in our struggles within Tamriel.
It was not a unanimous decision, many being "on the fence," but the general consensus was to take up our banner beneath Queen Ayrenn, for good or ill.
The guild is not going to refute anybody who wants to play with other factions; however, we hope the enticement of being in the same zone with your guildmates at early release as well as upon the battlefields of Cyrodiil will at least cause you to create your "main" character as an Almeri Dominion. With the pre-order allowing any race to be any faction, we have the freedom of playing what we want without any restraints.
I fully expect people to want to play the other factions at some time. Zenimax has stated that once the Main Story is completed, you will have level 50+ quests in ALL the faction zones, so even playing one character, you will see the entire world eventually. For those anxious enough, feel free to play alts in other factions, just realize the guild's primary zone will be AD from this point on...
